The bar at Pavilion is a destination in its own right . . . a striking fusion of raw beauty, natural light and immersive design that evolves with the rhythm of the day and comes alive at night. Bathed in daylight from an expansive overhead rooflight, the space is grounded by the monumental, monolithic stone bar;
a sculptural centrepiece that anchors the room with quiet strength and understated drama.
Beyond the bar, a custom back bar of preserved moss and raw timber brings a sense of organic calm, a verdant, living element that softens the architecture while echoing the surrounding natural design language.​
Oversized, split-faced stone walls surround the space, their rugged texture catching light and shadow, adding depth and a tactile richness that complements the natural finishes throughout.
From the bar subtle sightlines draw the eye beyond, offering glimpses through to the restaurant and courtyard terrace bar, where the mood shifts as evening falls. Here, thousands of twinkling fairy lights shimmer overhead, transforming the outdoor space into a magical night-time escape; vibrant, atmospheric, and effortlessly transportive.
