Currently under construction, this ambitious design project transforms a dated 1980s red brick house into a refined expression of coastal New England style. The concept centres around timeless elegance, relaxed sophistication, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

At the core of the design is the idea of reimagining the home’s structure and flow.
The original layout is being completely opened up to create a generous, light-filled kitchen, dining and lounge area . . . an expansive, welcoming heart of the home. Pocket doors will allow for seamless transitions between spaces, offering flexibility without compromising the open feel.
Natural materials are key to the concept. Soft, honed limestone flooring will run throughout, offering a cool, coastal base, while rich hardwood zones will introduce depth and contrast, creating a layered, tactile interior. A newly enlarged entrance hall and grand oak staircase will add a sense of drama and permanence, anchoring the design with classic, timeless appeal.​​
Connection to the outdoors is a defining element.
Large openings and carefully placed sightlines will draw the eye to the landscaped surrounds, while an all-weather outdoor lounge with a fireplace extends the living space beyond the walls of the home, encouraging year round use and effortless entertaining.
